About The Position

Object Technology Solutions, Inc (OTSI) has an immediate opening for Human Resources Representative 3. This role supports enterprise-wide performance management and talent programs, enabling alignment across teams through communication, systems, and processes. The representative will contribute to program deployment, reporting, and ongoing operations, and develop internal materials such as dashboards, presentations, and newsletters for stakeholders.

Requirements

  • ServiceNow (high priority)
  • Microsoft 365 ecosystem
  • PowerPoint (advanced use)
  • Viva, Copilot, Amplify
  • Azure (foundational knowledge)
  • SharePoint and knowledge base management tools
  • Familiarity with AI tools and technology adoption
  • HR systems enablement and administration
  • Communication strategy and content development
  • Data analysis, reporting, and dashboard creation
  • Knowledge base/documentation management
  • Process design and continuous improvement
  • Strong process-oriented mindset (ability to build/optimize workflows vs. follow checklists)
  • Ability to work independently in a small, flat team structure
  • Comfortable handling ambiguity in fast-paced environments
  • High attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience in HR, talent programs, communications, or systems-related roles
  • Client-facing communication capabilities
  • Adaptability to a structured, professional workplace environment
  • Blend of technical systems skills + communication expertise
  • Strong process thinker with analytical capability
  • Comfortable working behind the scenes to support multiple stakeholders
