About The Position

H&K Group, Inc. is seeking a motivated, friendly, and results-driven Human Resources Recruiter to support full-cycle recruiting across multiple operational divisions, including heavy civil and infrastructure construction, aggregates and materials production, skilled trades and fleet maintenance, professional driving roles, and corporate support functions. Requirements

  • 2+ years recruiting experience
  • Construction or skilled trades preferred
  • Strong communication, organization, and relationship-building skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple openings at once
  • Willingness to travel locally for job fairs, school events, and recruiting activities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Experience with iCIMS or willingness to learn

Nice To Haves

  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting across multiple divisions
  • Partner with hiring managers on workforce planning
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates
  • Attend job fairs and recruiting events
  • Manage candidates in iCIMS
  • Ensure positive candidate experience
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure recruiting activities align with company processes and employment law requirements
  • Other duties as assigned
