About The Position

ZIEHL-ABEGG is a world-leading fan and motor manufacturer with over 100 years of experience, known for innovative and energy-efficient solutions. The company is seeking a high-energy, results-oriented Human Resources Recruiter to join its expanding team. This role is crucial for identifying recruiting resources, sourcing candidates to maintain a pipeline, and ensuring all departments are adequately staffed while adhering to labor laws.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Recruiter or relevant role (1+ year minimum)
  • Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc.)
  • Ability to establish trust and confidence by maintaining a high level of credibility, integrity, and skilled communications with managers, HR, and candidates
  • Hands-on experience with various selection processes (phone interviewing, reference check etc.)
  • Hands-on experience with recruiting software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills, with an ability to prioritize important projects
  • Dependable, discrete, loyal, confidential
  • Computer literacy (MS Office, Excel, reporting ability)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications in collaboration with department supervisors
  • Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards/newspapers/colleges, etc.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using databases, social media, attending career fairs, etc.
  • Collaborate with all local resources (colleges, schools, etc) to build candidate pipeline
  • Screen candidates resumes and job applications and assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Maintain and update applicant database for ZA
  • Create assessment tests for candidates if needed
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to management
  • Manage contingent workers as well as their timecards and submitting them to the appropriate staffing agency
  • Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
  • Other duties as assigned
