About The Position

Eureka County is recruiting for a Human Resources position. Depending on the qualifications, education, experience, and demonstrated competencies of the selected candidate, the position may be filled at either the Human Resources Generalist or Human Resources Manager level. The final classification and salary placement are subject to the County's classification review, budget availability, and Board approval, where applicable.

Requirements

• Option 1 – HR Generalist: Bachelor's degree is preferred, 1-3 years progressively responsible HR, or administrative experience in public sector, No supervisory experience required
• Option 2 – HR Manager: Bachelor's degree is preferred, 3+ years professional experience developing HR programs, policies, labor relations, etc., 2 years supervisory experience preferred (or equivalent combination of training and experience)
