As an HR Product Manager at Millennium, you will serve as the critical bridge between our HR stakeholders and technology teams, transforming business challenges into impactful technology solutions. You will partner closely with stakeholders across the organization to identify pain points, streamline processes, and deliver products that enhance how our people work.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in HR product management, ideally supporting HR systems or process improvement initiatives
  • Hands-on experience with quality assurance testing and user acceptance testing (UAT)
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret business needs, solve problems creatively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with users and development teams across regions
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your work
  • Sound judgment and discretion when handling highly sensitive and confidential data
  • A positive, proactive mindset and a collaborative approach to teamwork

Responsibilities

  • Partner with HR teams and business leaders to understand their challenges, uncover opportunities, and identify processes that can be improved or automated through technology—keeping stakeholders consistently informed on progress and ensuring alignment throughout the work.
  • Translate business needs into clear functional designs, user stories, and product requirements that align with organizational goals and deliver measurable value.
  • Work hand-in-hand with developers to shape technical designs, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical, and fit for purpose.
  • Ensure solution designs are thoroughly documented in Jira and formally approved by all necessary parties, so requirements are development-ready and clearly understood by every team.
  • Test developed solutions and lead user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure each product meets functional requirements and stakeholder expectations.
  • Manage the deployment of solutions and support successful adoption across the organization.
  • Develop user procedures, guidelines, and documentation, and lead training to onboard new users and clients to new processes and functionality.
  • Continuously monitor emerging vendor solutions and market innovations, identifying new tools and technologies that can further improve stakeholder processes.
