About The Position

Road Runner Safety Services is seeking a motivated and growth-oriented Human Resources Associate to support payroll, recruiting, employee relations, onboarding, compliance, and HR operations. This role offers direct coaching, training, and mentorship from the Regional HR Director. Gain broad exposure to payroll, employee relations, recruiting, compliance, and HR operations while working directly with experienced HR leadership in a collaborative and development-focused environment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

Nice To Haves

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or related field preferred.
• Prior administrative, recruiting, customer service, or business operations experience preferred.
• HRIS experience preferred (Dayforce, Workday, or similar systems).
• Learning agility, coachability, accountability, strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and an interest in building knowledge and experience within Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weekly payroll and certified payroll processes.
• Support recruiting, onboarding, and employee orientation activities.
• Respond to employee and manager questions regarding HR policies, payroll, and benefits.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance files.
• Assist with benefits administration and employee communications.
• Support employee relations activities under the guidance of the Regional HR Director.
• Generate reports and maintain employee information within HR systems.
