About The Position

This onsite HR Partner role supports St Anthony's Hospital, five Health Plex locations, and behavioral health clinics, serving as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees. You’ll focus on employee engagement, retention, turnover reduction, policy interpretation, and process improvement—working side‑by‑side with leaders to address people needs in real time. Onsite 5 days per week. Develops and implements integrated Human Resources strategies to support achievement of operating goals and objectives.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience or education
  • Three years' experience
  • Frequent lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 0-25 lbs.
  • Frequent sitting, standing, walking, reaching and repetitive foot/leg and hand/arm movements.
  • Frequent use of vision and depth perception for distances near (20 inches or less) and far (20 feet or more) and to identify and distinguish colors.
  • Frequent use of hearing and speech to share information through oral communication.
  • Ability to hear alarms, malfunctioning machinery, etc.
  • Frequent keyboard use/data entry.
  • Occasional bending, stooping, kneeling, squatting, twisting and gripping.
  • Occasional lifting/carrying and pushing/pulling objects weighing 25-50 lbs.
  • Rare climbing.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with business unit leaders to develop and deliver strategic Human Resource solutions to achieve business unit goals.
  • Partners with business unit leaders to align Human Resources practices with business strategy and identify potential barriers to goal attainment.
  • Provides counsel and support to leaders and/or employees in the administration of Human Resources policies and procedures.
  • May provide resolution of employee relations and performance issues.
  • Partners with business unit leaders in the process of performance management, associate engagement survey interpretation and action planning, patient satisfaction strategies, and training and development needs in order to develop a culture that supports achievement of objectives.
  • Uses knowledge of Human Resources, legal, and regulatory requirements in conjunction with market best practice to ensure business unit compliance and competitiveness.
  • Collects and analyzes HR data and develops recommendations and action plans to address issues.
  • Supports the implementation of HR programs, communications, and initiatives.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.
