About The Position

Human Resources Partner, Consumer Americas provides strategic HR leadership and partnership to senior leadership teams, aligning people strategies with business priorities to drive results. The role coaches and advises leaders while leading the execution of global HR initiatives, core HR processes, and organizational development efforts across assigned client groups. This position serves as a thought partner on talent management, succession planning, performance management, and change initiatives to build strong pipelines and future-ready capabilities. The HR Partner also leverages data and cross‑regional collaboration to ensure compliance, enhance engagement, and support a cohesive, high‑performing organization. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field, with a master’s degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related discipline valued.
  • Six or more years of progressive experience in Human Resources, including leading core HR processes in complex, fast‑paced environments.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting senior leaders at the business or functional level, with exposure to global or matrixed organizations across multiple regions.
  • Proven background in talent management, organizational development, change leadership, and using data and analytics to inform people and business decisions.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic advisor to senior leaders, aligning HR strategy with business goals and guiding leaders through organizational change, workforce planning, and complex people decisions.
  • Lead and execute global talent management processes, including succession planning, performance management, leadership development, and building a strong future talent pipeline.
  • Drive organizational effectiveness initiatives such as organization design, capability development, engagement strategies, and culture and D&I efforts.
  • Oversee and ensure consistent execution of core HR processes (e.g., job grading, compensation planning, compliance, policy application) across assigned client groups.
  • Partner with HR Centers of Excellence and regional HR leaders to deliver integrated, scalable HR solutions that support global and local objectives.
  • Leverage data, insights, and business input to inform people strategies and improve decision‑making, performance, and long‑term organizational outcomes.
