The HR Operations Manager is responsible to oversee the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department, and manage all aspects of employee benefits administration. This position involves collaboration and partnership with the Director of HR to manage employee relations and to develop and implement policies and SOPs that align with organizational objectives and facilitate efficient processes, while maintaining compliance with federal, state and local employment laws. The HROM functions as a strategic partner across all human resources domains, including employee relations, benefits administration, HRIS management and optimization, and talent acquisition. The HROM will provide comprehensive support across HR functions as required, continuously refining processes and upholding policies and procedures to meet the organization's evolving needs. The HROM will provide support and guidance within the HR team and across programs in the HR director’s absence.
