The Human Resources Manager, Retail & Operations plays a critical role in supporting Tuckernuck’s retail expansion by leading recruiting efforts and managing employee relations across all store locations. This role partners closely with the Director of HR, the Director of Retail and store leadership to build high-performing teams, ensure a best-in-class employee experience, and support the operational success of each store. This individual will own full-cycle recruiting for retail roles, support onboarding and training, and serve as a key HR partner to retail employees and managers. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and brings a proactive, solutions-oriented approach to both hiring and employee relations.
