We are seeking a Human Resources Operations Manager for a 185 person Asset Management firm headquartered in Norwalk, CT. The current incumbent is retiring after 25 years with us. This is a 3 person team that manages HR and Facilities for our offices and reports to the CHRO. This role is based in our Norwalk, CT office and is currently hybrid, 3-4 days in the office. This role requires prioritization skills, a strong knowledge of HR policies and laws, excellent judgment, and the ability to bring structure, clarity, and follow-through to all our HR processes and procedures.
