The Human Resources Operations Manager supports the HR Director in leading and executing human resources initiatives within a fast-growing organization, with a primary focus on employee relations, leave management, workers’ compensation, and ADA compliance. This role is responsible for administering and coordinating all aspects of employee leave programs, workplace accommodations, and workers’ compensation claims while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws. This role serves as a strategic and operational partner providing day-to-day HR support across multiple locations. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in employee relations, employment law compliance, leave administration (FMLA, ADA, workers’ compensation, and state leave laws), performance management, and HR operations. This position is highly collaborative and requires a proactive HR Professional who can balance tactical execution with strategic partnership. Incumbent will help foster a positive, inclusive, compliant, and high-performing workplace culture while supporting employees and managers through all stages of the employee lifecycle.
