As part of the Human Resources team, you will report to HR Operations Manager. You will support the effective operation of HR functions by coordinating core employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and data management. You will ensure accuracy and completeness of HR transactions, supporting payroll administration through data tracking and validation, and responding to employee and manager inquiries. You will contribute to reporting, audit preparation, and process improvements, while performing work independently, consulting the HR Operations Manager when guidance is needed, and providing recommendations to enhance HR operations. This is a non-exempt, full-time position requiring a minimum of four (4) days per week in the office, on a schedule determined by your supervisor in our NYC headquarters office or other relevant location. The in-office requirement and schedule are subject to change based on the needs of the program and the organization.
