About The Position

The HR Onboarding Coordinator will be responsible for providing support, coordination, administration and maintenance of a full range of Onboarding and HRIS functions. Reports directly to the Director of HR Operations.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience 1-3 years within an HR/Recruiting Department, strong employee onboarding background
  • Hands-on HRIS required, experience with Workday or ADP Workforce Now a plus
  • Microsoft Office Skill Set with specific focus on Word skills and mail merge knowledge
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a strong phone presence
  • Experience supporting multiple office locations across multiple states
  • Ability to prioritize and complete tasks with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced, changing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail with all work-related functions
  • Teammate

Responsibilities

  • Draft and prepare New Hire Offer Letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Initiate required Employee Background Checks and Drug Screenings when applicable.
  • Coordinate between HR team and Corporate Partners (Legal, IT, etc.) in the preparation for new hire paperwork.
  • Provide guidance to New Hires as they navigate through the onboarding process.
  • Interface with external vendors on a daily basis and provide timely responses to requests or inquiries from both internal and external partners.
  • Work on special projects related to Onboarding and HRIS system as assigned.
  • Perform a full range of audits to ensure onboarding and systems accuracy.
