Under general direction, this position is responsible for the planning, administration, and implementation of all human resources and labor relations functions within Columbus Public Health. In addition, the incumbent in this position has been assigned to direct the Safety Office and Office of Workforce Development for CPH. The position has direct authority with the offices and programs within the above stated areas, and indirect authority in all programs within CPH in carrying out specified functions related to employment laws, civil service rules, and employment policies of the organization. Performs related duties as required.
