About The Position

Reporting to the Senior Human Resources Manager, Sales Operations, the Human Resources Manager will partner with senior leaders in Information Technology, Finance, Legal, and Customer Service to shape and execute people strategies that drive performance, inclusion, and innovation. This role offers the opportunity to influence enterprise-wide initiatives while supporting a culture of excellence and collaboration. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5+ years of progressive HR experience, including supporting executives in a corporate HRBP or HR Manager role.
  • Proven success supporting corporate and/or customer-facing functions.
  • Experience leading or supporting change management initiatives.
  • Familiarity with the impact of AI and emerging technologies on workforce planning and talent development.
  • Strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into effective HR solutions.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and navigating complex organizational structures.
  • Passion for fostering an inclusive, high performance culture.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and change, with a focus on driving results.

  • Advanced HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP) or a master's degree in HR or Organizational Development.
