Convergint is looking for a full-time, enthusiastic, results driven and forward-thinking Human Resources Specialist to join our amazing culture. In this role, within Shared Services, you will support the HR department by executing a range of administrative and operational tasks related to colleague services, onboarding, and data management. This role is essential in providing high-quality support to colleagues and managers across the organization, ensuring HR processes and policies are implemented effectively and efficiently. This position will also serve as a help desk for basic HR policy information and will work to resolve or escalate issues as needed.
