About The Position

Global Business Solutions is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead the full scope of HR while serving as a trusted advisor to leadership. This is a highly visible, hands-on role where your judgment, presence, and ability to influence will shape the employee’s experience and organizational culture. In this role, you will oversee all core HR functions while bringing a strong focus to talent acquisition and onboarding. You will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and selecting the right talent for the organization - not just filling roles, but helping to build a high-performing team. You will also ensure new hires are set up for success through a thoughtful, structured onboarding experience that reflects the company’s values and expectations from day one. Requirements

Experienced Human Resources Manager
Strong knowledge of HR compliance, compensation, and benefits
Thrives in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
Organized, approachable, and dependable

Nice To Haves

HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, or SHRM-CP/SCP are a plus.
