About The Position

At Ethos Veterinary Health, our Human Resources Managers do more than support employees—they help create workplaces where veterinary professionals feel valued, supported, and empowered to do their best work. If you're passionate about developing leaders, strengthening teams, and building exceptional workplace cultures, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact across three leading specialty and emergency hospitals. You'll partner closely with hospital leadership to cultivate a positive employee experience, guide organizational growth, and ensure our hospitals remain places where talented veterinary professionals choose to build long-term careers. Your work will directly influence employee engagement, leadership development, retention, and the overall success of our hospitals as we continue to grow. You’ll be supporting: Capital District Veterinary Referral Hospital – Latham, NY, Peak Veterinary Referral Center – Williston, VT, Small Animal Veterinary Emergency Services – Lebanon, NH. Together, these hospitals provide advanced emergency and specialty care while sharing a common commitment to compassion, collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence in patient care. As the Human Resources Manager, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to hospital leadership and employees across three locations.
