This role supports the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) and leadership in successfully implementing local initiatives and executing regional and corporate programs. Requirements

  • Proficiency in workforce planning, talent management, and organizational design.
  • Experience in leading, motivating, and developing HR teams to meet organizational needs.
  • Expertise in managing employee relations issues, resolving conflicts, and fostering a positive workplace culture.
  • Skilled in leading HR initiatives that support organizational change, helping teams navigate transitions smoothly.
  • Ability to drive adoption of new HR processes, systems, and policies within the organization.
  • Proficiency in using HR analytics to assess trends, make data-driven decisions, and improve workforce performance.
  • Bachelor's degree in related discipline or an additional 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree
  • 5+ years of experience

Responsibilities

  • Provide coaching and guidance to leaders and associates regarding HR in areas such as policy and procedure.
  • Collaborate with leaders and COEs to support recruitment and staffing plans.
  • Work with the Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP) to drive an inclusive and diverse culture.
  • Develops, implements and administers programs to enhance associate engagement and satisfaction levels
  • Employee and labor relations (investigations, conflict resolution).
  • Support in reviewing, interpreting, administering and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, and company policies and procedures.
