About The Position

The Human Resources Manager at Richardson Renaissance is responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts, partnering with hiring managers, and managing the hiring process through Workday. This role ensures compliance with employment laws and maintains accurate records across HRIS, training, performance, and benefits. Key responsibilities include facilitating onboarding, orientation, and training programs to support associate development and brand standards. The manager champions associate engagement and relations through recognition programs, performance management, and open communication. Additionally, the position administers safety, workers' compensation, and unemployment processes, while promoting a culture of safety and well-being and fostering a positive associate experience.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of HR leadership experience to confidently oversee all property-level HR functions and initiatives.
• Working knowledge of employment laws (FLSA, FMLA, ADA, etc.) to ensure legal compliance and sound decision-making.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience to support strategic and day-to-day HR operations.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR technology to manage data, communication, and compliance tasks effectively.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, critical for building trust and fostering a positive associate experience.
