This is a highly visible, hands-on role that works closely with managers, musicians, staff, and leadership across a complex and collaborative environment. The Human Resources Manager serves as a trusted partner to managers and employees across the organization, supporting recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, HR systems, and organizational initiatives that contribute to a high-performing workplace culture. This role is best suited for someone who combines sound judgment, strong execution, emotional intelligence, and a steady, professional approach to sensitive and sometimes challenging situations.
