Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or organizational development
  • Five (5) years experience in an HR leadership role (in a manufacturing organization preferred)
  • Solid working knowledge of HR processes and related manufacturing.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point), Visio, Teams and Outlook.
  • Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of sensitive information.
  • Exceptional time management and organization skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.

  • SHRM certifications a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversees human resources operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and government regulations.
  • Advises management on employee relations.
  • Supports performance management and compensation programs.
  • Leads recruitment, training, and career development initiatives.
  • Develops and implements HR policies.
  • Conducts exit interviews to reduce turnover.
  • Supports payroll processing.
  • Drives continuous improvement through best practices and ongoing professional development.
