As Human Resources Manager, you will provide senior-level ownership of the people function, ensuring HR programs directly support business performance and compliance. This role exists to lead and shape hiring, total rewards, and employee relations with consistent, well-documented processes. You’ll be onsite in Rochester, NY, working Monday–Friday (8:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.) as the primary bridge between leadership and employees. Your day typically includes advising managers on sensitive people decisions, reviewing HR metrics and open items, and moving between planned priorities and time-sensitive needs with calm judgment. You’ll spend focused time in the HCM system to validate data integrity, prepare clear updates for leadership, and ensure documentation is audit-ready. Expect regular touchpoints with employees to listen, clarify expectations, and resolve concerns early—while keeping an eye on long-term workforce stability and a consistent, high-standard workplace experience.
