About The Position
Creating solutions for everything from dining and nutrition to facilities maintenance and rehabilitative services, Sodexo partners with government agencies and military organizations to improve people's quality of life and make a positive impact. Sodexo is seeking a Resource Human Resources Manager located in the Oceanside, CA area. This individual will utilize their HR knowledge to handle complex issues and administration for this account. Main responsibilities will be to support the employee life cycle, including training, employee relations, recruiting support, and educating managers on policies procedures. The Human Resources Manager will support our food operations in San Diego, Oceanside, Bridgeport, Twenty-Nine Palms, & Miramar, CA, and one location in Yuma, AZ. Must be able to travel 35% If you have experience as a Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, or Human Resources Director you are encouraged to apply.
