About The Position

As the Human Resources Manager, you would be responsible for direct supervision of HR Generalist(s) and for oversite of the Human Resources function for programs and organizations as assigned. The Human Resources Manager provides direct support to the Sr. Director Human Resources & Payroll and the Chief Human Resources Officer in the planning and execution of all HR-related processes and programs through ongoing administrative support. 3LS Solutions Inc. is an employee-owned company delivering integrated, people-centered HR, finance, and accounting services that empower organizations to operate with clarity, confidence, and capacity, so they can focus on meaningful growth and impact.

Requirements

High school diploma/GED required
Minimum 5 years experience in the Human Resources function at a large organization; or equivalent education and experience
Supervisory experience required
Valid driver's license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation
