The Human Resource Manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the Human Resources (HR) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices. ABOUT JAMCO, CROSS BORDER JAMCO’s expert import and export customs brokerage teams efficiently manage complex regulatory requirements and logistics, ensuring seamless transportation across the U.S./Mexico border. With 27 strategically located facilities spanning over 2.5 million square feet along key freight corridors, we oversee every stage of the cross-border supply chain—from raw material transport to final product delivery. SUMMARY: The Regional Human Resources Manager will oversee HR operations across both U.S. and Mexico locations, ensuring alignment with company policies, compliance requirements, and business goals. This role manages a team of two HR Specialists and partners with business leaders to deliver HR programs that drive employee engagement, compliance and performance. The Regional HR Manager is a member of the Imperative Logistics Group Human Resources team and will collaborate on group-wide HR initiatives while ensuring effective execution at the regional level.
