The Toledo Complex, which includes the Huntington Center and the Glass City Center, is seeking an HR Manager to provide support across both locations. This role operates within the Venue & Food and Beverage Operations at the Toledo Complex. The HR Manager will partner with leaders across their respective venues, offering strategic advice to enhance organizational performance and foster the Legends culture. They will provide recommendations, counsel, and coaching to managers and employees (both union and non-union) on various HR matters, including performance management, employee relations, HR policies and procedures, training and development, employee engagement, and staffing and recruitment. This position will proactively identify and address labor and employee relations issues, offering timely and appropriate counsel for resolution. Additionally, the HR Manager will be responsible for building organizational bench strength through the identification, recruitment, and development of top talent. This role collaborates with the Regional HR Director to drive critical organizational change, cultivate the unique Legends Global organizational culture, and implement people strategies and initiatives. The HR Manager will also manage a team of local venue HR professionals, ensuring their continued growth and development.
