Working as an HR Manager for SSC you will support numerous Human Resource functions to meet strategic, tactical and administrative Human Resource objectives. The HR Manager will be responsible for the HR functions on campus. For those accounts that have an HR associate onsite, the HR Manager will act as a mentor. The ideal candidate for this position will have early/mid level HR management experience in the custodial and facilities industry. Position will require travel 10% of the time for meetings, new business HR assistance. In this role, you must be able to communicate effectively with Senior Management and across various support departments. Your knowledge of employee relations and your strong analytical ability will be used to support HR initiatives.
