About The Position

Information Network Associates, Inc. (INA) is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to oversee the day-to-day Human Resources function and support our employees and leadership team. This is a hands-on role ideal for an HR professional who enjoys balancing employee relations, compliance, benefits, recruiting, performance management, and HR administration. The HR Manager will serve as a trusted resource to employees and managers while ensuring HR policies and practices are administered consistently, effectively, and in compliance with applicable employment laws.

Requirements

  • Five (5) or more years of progressive Human Resources experience, including experience independently handling employee relations and compliance matters required.
  • Working knowledge of federal and state employment laws
  • Experience with employee relations, recruiting, benefits administration, performance management and HR policies.
  • Strong judgment, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
  • Advance knowledge of HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to adapt and remain effective in changing, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to occasionally work outside normal business hours to address employee or operational needs.
  • Valid driver's license, insurance coverage, and access to reliable transportation.
  • Ability to successfully complete a comprehensive background check including drug screen.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day Human Resources operations and serve as the primary HR resource for employees and management.
  • Provide guidance to managers regarding employee relations, performance, attendance, workplace concerns, and HR policies.
  • Manage employee relations matters, including complaints, conflicts, disciplinary issues, and workplace investigations.
  • Coordinate recruiting activities, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, offers, and pre-employment requirements.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and help ensure a positive employee experience throughout the employment lifecycle.
  • Administer employee benefits programs and serve as a resource for employees regarding health, retirement, and other benefit programs.
  • Coordinate and support payroll and timekeeping processes.
  • Serve as liaison/point of contact with our Managed Service Provider for IT services.
  • Administer leave and accommodation processes, including FMLA and ADA-related matters.
  • Coordinate the performance management and employee review process.
  • Maintain personnel records and HR systems while ensuring confidentiality and accuracy.
  • Develop, update, communicate, and consistently administer HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor federal, state, and local employment law requirements and recommend changes to maintain compliance.
  • Support employee engagement, recognition, retention, training, and professional development initiatives.
  • Partner with leadership on workforce needs, organizational changes, compensation, and other HR matters.
  • Prepare HR reports and use workforce information to identify trends and support management decisions.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
