About The Position

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in human resources management or HR generalist roles.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law, labor regulations, and affirmative action requirements.
  • Proven experience in benefits administration and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • Applying employment law and labor regulations to maintain compliance and protect the organization.
