The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the following major areas: employee relations, investigations, complaints, employment disputes, leaves of absences, and compliance with labor laws. This position will be in a Hybrid work environment remote with weekly visits to assigned campuses, occasional travel outside area.
