About The Position

The Human Resources Manager, reporting to the Senior Director of Human Resources supports the development, implementation, maintenance, and monitoring of the following major areas: employee relations, investigations, complaints, employment disputes, leaves of absences, and compliance with labor laws. This position will be in a Hybrid work environment remote with weekly visits to assigned campuses, occasional travel outside area.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or similar applicable field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources Generalist/ Employee Relations.
  • A basic understanding of laws applicable to California employers, including but not limited to wage and hour, harassment, discrimination, and protected absences.

Nice To Haves

  • HR Certification preferred.
  • Investigation Certification preferred.
