The Human Resources Manager is responsible for supporting Gurney’s Resort's workforce through efficient administration of employee onboarding, HRIS and database management, benefits administration, employee records management, and general HR operations. This position serves as a key resource for employees and management, ensuring compliance with employment laws, company policies, and hospitality industry best practices. The ideal candidate is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, highly organized, service-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced resort environment while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
