About The Position

Endeavor's People and Transformation team is seeking a detail-oriented, people-first graduate intern with a passion for HR. This role involves taking ownership of high-visibility projects to strengthen the People team's day-to-day operations. The intern will actively build, refine, and modernize tools and processes used by the HR team and hiring managers across the employee lifecycle. Key tasks include revamping HR toolkits for hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, working with the HR recruitment platform (including exploring MCP integrations), and supporting various HR duties. The goal is to deliver tangible resources that improve the global People team's effectiveness. This internship is ideal for someone with a background in Human Resources or a related field, passionate about people operations, and eager for real responsibility and visibility in a mission-driven organization.

Requirements

Graduate student with significant prior HR/People experience, ideally in a startup or high-growth organization.
Experience building and scaling HR processes, playbooks, systems, or tools.
Strong knowledge of the employee lifecycle, particularly hiring, onboarding, and offboarding.
Comfort with HR technology and AI-enabled workflows.
Strong judgment and communication skills.
Highly organized and comfortable working independently across teams, seniority levels, and cultures.
Must be legally eligible to work in the U.S. for the 2027 year.

Experience with HR/recruiting platforms is a plus.

Responsibilities

Evaluate current HR processes, particularly hiring, onboarding, and offboarding, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
Redesign key aspects of the hiring process, including manager guidance, interview practices, tools, and workflows, incorporating external best practices.
Improve existing HR playbooks, tools, and systems to create helpful resources for the team, exploring technology like recruitment platforms and AI/MCP integrations to simplify workflows.
