RETTEW is seeking a Human Resources Intern (HR Assistant) to join our HR team and contribute to strategic initiatives that support talent acquisition, employer branding, workforce planning, employee experience, and organizational development. This opportunity is designed for a student who wants to gain meaningful, hands-on experience in Human Resources while working on projects that create real business value. Rather than focusing solely on administrative tasks, you will collaborate with HR professionals on initiatives that influence how RETTEW attracts, develops, engages, and retains talent. You will support recruiting efforts, assist with employer branding initiatives, contribute to workforce planning projects, help improve HR processes, and provide a student perspective on the employee and candidate experience. You'll also play a role in supporting RETTEW's award-winning ASPIRE Internship Program, helping ensure a positive and engaging experience for interns across the organization. RETTEW's ASPIRE program provides interns with professional development, leadership engagement, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on project experience. As one of the Pennsylvania Chamber's Best Places for Interns, RETTEW is committed to providing meaningful work, professional development, mentorship, and opportunities for interns to make a lasting impact on the organization.
