About The Position

The Human Resources Intern provides administrative and operational support to the HR team while gaining hands-on experience across core HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, and HRIS management. This role offers exposure to day-to-day HR activities and projects that support organizational goals and employee engagement.

Requirements

  • Upcoming 2026 graduate pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative

Nice To Haves

  • Previous internship or part-time experience in an office or HR setting is a plus, but not required
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and employment laws is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including HRIS onboarding, new hire orientation, and first day schedules
  • Help maintain and update HRIS and personnel files to ensure accuracy and compliance
  • Assist in coordinating employee engagement initiatives, training sessions, and company events
  • Respond to basic employee inquiries and escalate issues as needed
  • Support HR compliance efforts by organizing documentation and assisting with audits
  • Assist with benefits administration tasks, including enrollment support and communication
  • Assist with preparation of payroll
  • Prepare reports and HR-related documentation as needed
  • Provide general administrative support to the HR manager
