This HR internship position offers hybrid model with mix of on-site at the Ruan Center located downtown Des Moines and remote work Great opportunity to work with an experienced team of recruiters hiring for a wide variety of positions / locations and play a role in enhancing the candidate experience The purpose of the internship position is to develop college students that are pursuing a career in supply chain, transportation, accounting, human resources, IT, or applicable division. Interns may be exposed to a variety of projects and activities that occur within the transportation business. Interns will have the opportunity to apply knowledge and skills learned in college and demonstrate abilities in the workplace. The position is temporary, nonexempt, part-time/hourly. Carrying out the Company's organizational values and operating in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Company policies are required functions.
