About The Position

This position functions to provide technical support for the Human Resources Division and specifically will be charged with transitioning our paper personnel files to a digitized version utilizing Dynafile. This position will be responsible for scanning and auditing personnel files. SEARHC is a non-profit health consortium which serves the health interests of the residents of Southeast Alaska. Requirements

  • Associate Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of work experience in clerical assistance including working knowledge of office functions including computer word processing and data management.
  • Knowledge: Strong knowledge of word and excel
  • Considerable knowledge of office machines and equipment
  • Skills: Analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong planning, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Ability to: Make decisions in an independent manner
  • Prioritize and multitask efficiently and maintain organizational skills during frequent interruptions throughout the day
  • Work with accuracy and detail
  • Maintain professional and emotional stability during stressful times
  • Work in a team environment with minimal supervision

  • Experience in the development and analysis of work-flow systems for efficiency, preferred

Responsibilities

  • Scans paper files into DynaFile, our document management software.
  • Audits files and to ensure quality and accuracy of work.
  • Assists in providing support for any high priority projects identified by the Operations Director or CHRO.
