About The Position

Robert Bosch Fuel Systems, LLC, located in Kentwood, MI, is a precision metal machining manufacturing plant that manufactures and re-manufacturers large engine diesel fuel systems. Robert Bosch Fuel Systems is part of the Bosch Powertrain Solutions division and is a worldwide leader in diesel injection technology. We are seeking a motivated and organized Human Resources Intern to join our team in Grand Rapids, United States. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various HR functions while supporting our dynamic and growing organization.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Basic understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
  • Proficient in data entry and maintaining accurate records
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Eagerness to learn and contribute to a professional work environment

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge or experience with AI applications is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist with day-to-day HR operations and administrative tasks
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist in organizing new employee orientation and onboarding sessions
  • Help coordinate company events and team-building activities
  • Assist with benefits administration and employee inquiries
  • Prepare and distribute HR-related communications
  • Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned
