About The Position

This position is responsible for supporting the Human Resources team by assisting with recruitment efforts, employee engagement initiatives, training coordination, internal communications, and HR project work.

Requirements

  • Current student in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to maintain professionalism and discretion in handling HR-related matters.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with recruitment efforts, including posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating hiring events.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives, such as wellness programs, recognition activities, and company events.
  • Help organize and track training and development programs, including scheduling sessions and preparing materials.
  • Contribute to internal communications, such as newsletters, intranet updates, and HR-related announcements.
  • Conduct market research on HR best practices, industry trends, and diversity & inclusion efforts.
  • Assist with HR administrative tasks, such as maintaining digital files (excluding confidential records), preparing presentations, and organizing resources.
  • Provide logistical support for new hire onboarding sessions.
  • Participate in HR project work, such as employer branding, process improvement, or internship program development.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.
