About The Position
Are you a Human Resources student looking to get real-world experience and see how HR operates beyond the classroom? This internship is designed to give you hands-on exposure to the day-to-day work that keeps a company running—from hiring and onboarding to compliance and employee support. If you’re organized, detail-oriented, and ready to learn, we’d love to have you on the team!
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Clear and professional communication
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
- Comfort using Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
- Students currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Management, or a related field
- Recent graduates continuing into a Master’s program will also be considered
- Minimum GPA of 3.0 preferred
Nice To Haves
- HR-related coursework is a plus
Responsibilities
- Help organize and maintain employee records
- Support our hiring process by reviewing application reviews and participating in interviews
- Assist with onboarding by creating welcome packets and documentation
- Collect and verify new hire paperwork
- Track important compliance documents (including I-9s and related forms)
- Assist with employee questions and day-to-day HR needs
- Jump in on additional projects and tasks to gain well-rounded HR experience
