Requirements

Currently enrolled in a 4-year undergraduate or graduate program (expected graduation between December 2027 - August 2028), or a recent graduate with relevant experience.
Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
Studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, or related fields (for Talent Acquisition).
Studying Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Analytics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields (for Compensation).

Responsibilities

Take ownership of a business-critical project.
Collaborate with teams across the organization.
Work closely with dedicated leaders and mentors.
Gain exposure to workforce planning, early talent programs, talent marketing, and the processes that help build a high-performing team (Talent Acquisition).
Assist with market research, job evaluations, compensation analysis, and projects that help ensure pay practices remain competitive and aligned with business goals (Compensation).
