This internship focuses on gaining real-world HR experience by mastering the administrative foundations that allow a great team to thrive. The primary focus will be on essential administrative tasks that optimize processes and systems, playing a key role in removing administrative friction so the team can serve internal customers more effectively. Every project will strengthen the understanding of how operational excellence in HR impacts an entire organization and provide tools for the future career. Responsibilities
- Assist with key administrative processes throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, constantly looking for ways to improve efficiency.
- Help maintain the HRIS and other software tools, ensuring data accuracy and optimizing workflows to better serve the team.
- Act as a helpful point of contact for employees, providing excellent customer service by answering questions and resolving issues.
- Jump in wherever needed on various HR projects with a focus on process improvement, documentation, and operational excellence.
