About The Position

The Human Resources Intern works closely with the management team to support the day-to-day administration of Human Resources programs and initiatives. This paid internship provides hands-on experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compliance, payroll administration, training, and workplace safety in a fast-paced hospitality and food service environment. The schedule will be determined based on the intern’s class schedule and business needs. The role is not eligible for paid time off or benefits such as medical, dental, or vision coverage. Because the position is located in an educational facility, work may be reduced or unavailable during school breaks; such periods may be unpaid and treated as temporary layoffs.
