The Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) Manager is responsible for the strategic administration, optimization, security, and continuous improvement of Everstand's Human Capital Management Technology platforms. This position serves as the organization's subject matter expert for HR technology, leading system administration, business process automation, reporting, integrations, implementation projects, and data governance initiatives. The HRIS Manager partners with Human Resources, Information Technology, Finance, Payroll, Quality Improvement, and operational leadership to ensure HR systems support organizational goals while delivering efficient, compliant, and user-friendly solutions. This role oversees the ongoing administration of ADP Workforce Now, Greenhouse ATS, HireRight, ServiceNow HR workflows, and future HR technology platforms while leading system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and optimization initiatives.
