About The Position

Texas Health Resources seeks a Human Resources (HR) Compensation Consultant for Arlington, TX. This role involves performing the design, development, implementation, administration, and management of all non-executive total rewards programs, including compensation, performance management, and rewards. The consultant will manage ongoing market studies and total rewards programs such as success sharing, merit, nursing step, nursing advancement, and total compensation statements. They will partner with HR leaders, vendors, and generalists across multiple entities to ensure excellence in execution, consistency in standards application, and to obtain feedback for further development of total rewards programs, including base pay, differentials, on-call, incentives, and recognition programs. The role requires defining problems within pay program development and implementation, collecting and analyzing data both locally and nationally, and providing recommendations on all total rewards program changes. The consultant will interpret data pertaining to job roles and responsibilities based on multifactor analysis and provide solutions for equitable and market-competitive total salary solutions. Additionally, they will participate in technological project updates with HR Operations and Talent to improve the quality of total rewards and compensation programs implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a closely related field
  • Five (5) years of progressive professional work experience in human resources
  • Experience with compensation programs development and management
  • Experience managing internal compensation clients
  • Experience with HRIS tools and compensation systems including compensation calculations and data validation processes
  • Experience with market pricing analysis and utilizing survey databases
  • Experience with pay equity analysis
  • Experience with compensation-related compliance activities including monitoring and administering pay practices
  • Background check required
