Texas Health Resources seeks a Human Resources (HR) Compensation Consultant to perform design, development, implementation, administration, and management of all non-executive total rewards programs including compensation, performance management, and rewards. This role involves managing ongoing market studies and total rewards programs such as success sharing, merit, nursing step, nursing advancement, and total compensation statements. The consultant will partner with HR leaders, vendors, and generalists across multiple entities to ensure excellence in execution, consistency in standards application, and to gather feedback for further development of total rewards programs, including base pay, differentials, on-call, incentives, and recognition programs. Responsibilities include defining problems within pay program development and implementation, collecting and analyzing local and national data, and providing recommendations on all total rewards program changes. The role requires interpreting data related to job roles and responsibilities through multifactor analysis and offering solutions for equitable and market-competitive total salary structures. Additionally, the consultant will participate in technological project updates with HR Operations and Talent to enhance the quality of total rewards and compensation program implementation.
