This Human Resource Specialist Associate based out of New York City must be onsite 5 days a week. The right candidate will run the daily functions of the Human Resource department including but not limited to recruiting, hiring, interviewing, onboarding, monitoring training programs, and administering time and attendance for payroll submission. The HR Associate will work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention while executing the administrative tasks related to payroll processing, compensation, benefits, policies & procedures. The HR Specialist is a department of one who is working very closely with the General Manager. The HR Specialist will need to be confident in their ability to do the job, stay highly organized, maintain impeccable records, and make legally, morally, and ethically sound decisions for their location. Knowledge and Experience of the Rippling Workforce Management Human Resources System is a "HUGE PLUS".
