We are looking for an HR Administrator for our Fort Collins, CO office location. You will work hand in hand with senior management to provide outstanding customer service to our employees across our 10 locations. Our regular business hours are Monday - Friday, 8 am to 5 pm! Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or HR Management, or a realted field
  • 2+ years in an HR Administration position
  • Outstanding recruiting skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal abilities
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

Responsibilities

  • Assist in recruitment and pre-employment strategies
  • Serve as the first contact person for new hires and departing team members
  • Manage HR administration functions, such as the employee handbook
  • Perform benefit administration, including open enrollment
  • Maintain HRIS records and prepare reports
  • 401(K) administration

Benefits

  • We offer a base salary between $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year, depending on experience.
