About The Position

Discovery Ranch South is a licensed, accredited residential treatment center for adolescent females struggling with emotional, behavioral, and substance use disorders. Located on a large, private ranch near Cedar City, Utah, it combines traditional and experiential therapies to help young women and their families heal. The HR Coordinator will manage day-to-day front office tasks, provide administrative support, handle new hire onboarding, and maintain files under the HR Manager. This role offers the opportunity to work in an outdoor setting while supporting young women on their healing journey.

Requirements

20+ years of age
High school diploma or equivalent
12+ months of office experience
Able to pass criminal investigation background checks
Able to pass motor vehicle record check
Current Utah driver's license (within 30 days of employment)
Competent in Microsoft Office and Google Suite programs
Great time management and punctual
Able to work independently and follow through on tasks
Committed to keeping sensitive and protected information confidential

Nice To Haves

First Aid & CPR certified (we provide)
Crisis Intervention certified (we provide)

Responsibilities

Perform day-to-day tasks to keep the front office running.
Greet visitors.
Answer the phone.
Manage mail.
Provide support to administrators.
Manage onboarding of new hires.
Help maintain critical files under the direction of the HR Manager.
